What if I entered the wrong email while registering?

If you entered the wrong email on registration you will have to email support@coinclaim.io and someone will help you delete the account so you can create a new one. Do not create a new account before the old account is deleted. If you do that, your account will be flagged as duplicate and you won't be able to log in.
